Our first dedicated People Ops hire outside the US, supporting a growing UK/EU team. You’ll own the employee experience end-to-end — onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and the unglamorous policy work that keeps a distributed team functioning.
Reports to our Head of People, with a lot of room to shape how this function works outside the US as we grow.
What you’ll do
- Own onboarding and offboarding for UK/EU employees
- Administer benefits and ensure compliance with local employment law
- Partner with managers on performance and development conversations
- Build out People Ops documentation as our first hire in the region
