Ridgeline & Co. is a small consumer goods studio launching two new product lines this year. We need a growth marketing lead, initially on a 3-month contract, to build out paid and lifecycle channels ahead of launch.
You’ll have real budget and real autonomy — this isn’t a role where marketing ideas go to die in a deck. We ship weekly.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run paid acquisition tests across Meta and Google
- Build lifecycle email flows for pre-launch waitlist and post-purchase
- Report on CAC and early retention weekly to the founding team
- Recommend whether the contract should convert to a full-time role
