A part-time (20–25 hrs/week) role supporting our small European operations team with vendor coordination, clinic onboarding logistics, and general process cleanup as we expand outside the US.
Good fit for someone early in their operations career who wants broad exposure rather than a narrow lane.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new EU clinic customers
- Maintain vendor and contractor records
- Document and improve internal processes as you find the gaps in them
- Support the wider ops team on ad hoc projects
