Lumen Health makes scheduling software for independent physical therapy clinics. Our support team is small and genuinely close to the product — you’ll be the first line of contact for clinic staff, and your notes shape the roadmap.
We’re looking for someone patient, precise in writing, and comfortable explaining a slightly technical product to people who did not sign up to think about software.
What you’ll do
- Answer inbound support tickets and calls from clinic staff, typically same-day
- Maintain and expand our internal help center
- Flag recurring issues to product and engineering with clear reproduction steps
- Help onboard new clinics during their first two weeks on the platform
