Northwind Studio is a product design consultancy working with early-stage startups across fintech and healthcare. We’re hiring a senior product designer to lead end-to-end design on two client engagements, from discovery through shipped UI.
You’ll pair closely with engineering and the client’s own team, so this role suits someone who’s comfortable presenting work, defending decisions with reasoning rather than opinion, and adjusting scope when a deadline is real.
What you’ll do
- Own the design process for 1–2 client engagements at a time, from research through hand-off
- Run lightweight user research and translate findings into concrete design decisions
- Build and maintain a component-based design system in Figma
- Present work directly to client stakeholders and incorporate feedback quickly
